Winter Practice Period
Mindful Cooking & eating
Join Tetsuhō Christopher Kolon and the participants of Jikoji's winter practice period for a day of mindful cooking and eating. We will spend the entire day in silence, preparing a vegetarian meal for Sunday guests, as well as a separate meal that we will enjoy at the end of our day. No experience in cooking is necessary.
If you are new to Zen and mindfulness practice, an orientation and instruction will occur at 12:30 pm. The time for the event is 1 pm - 6 pm on Saturday, March 8.
Participation is limited to 10 people.
